Meet Matt
BrokerMatt is a long-time resident of Seattle, having relocated from Vermont in 1992. He settled on Capitol Hill and soon fell in love with the city’s quirky neighborhoods, easygoing lifestyle, and proximity to fantastic backpacking. He worked in the hotel industry, bought his first condo in Belltown, and earned degrees in Economics and Community and Environmental Planning from the University of Washington.
Upon graduation, he spent many years working in real estate development managing the construction and sales of several Seattle condominium buildings. He loved working with homebuyers, mostly first-time. He saw the joy in their faces when he gave them the keys to their home and helped them to navigate the complexities of managing a multi-family building and setting up a homeowner’s association. Matt decided that he wanted to work with home buyers full time and in 2013 he became a real estate broker.
Since that time, Matt has helped more than 100 clients realize their dreams in Seattle and around Puget Sound.
Above all else, Matt wants his clients to be happy in their new homes for a long time. He knows it is important to be patient as buyers may need to view a lot of homes and consider the possibilities before narrowing their search. Matt will gather as much information as possible so that an informed decision is made. If finding a home is difficult, he will help them discover parts of the City they may not have considered or see possibilities in homes that others have dismissed.
