BrokerGrowing up in China, I became fluent in Mandarin, which has been a valuable asset throughout my life. After completing my degree in finance, I pursued a career as an accountant in Canada before settling in Seattle in 2008. Over the past fifteen years, I've immersed myself in Seattle's dynamic real estate market, experiencing its highs and lows firsthand. As both a participant and observer, I've gained unique insights into the intricacies of property transactions, having been on the buyer, seller, and investor sides multiple times. Encouraged by my family and friends, I progressed my skill set into becoming a real estate agent, eager to share my expertise and help others achieve their real estate goals.

- Having lived in Greater Seattle for more than sixteen years, I know the local market, neighborhoods and school districts. Sometimes schools play a significant role in determining where a family will decide to live. If you are interested in private schools, I have first-hand experience and would love to lend a hand.
